These two tools - both opensource, when combined, might work well together to support FDD Projects
Any interest in a Sourceforge combination project ?

FYI http://fddtools.sourceforge.net/
Also, is there another more active FDD discussion group?

FDD places third. Probably a USA survey population?
See http://sdtimes.com/AGILE_PROCESSES_ADOPTED_WIDELY_STUDY_SHOWS/By_David_Rubinstein/About_AGILE/36079
BTW Is this the best site to watch for discussions on FDD ?

Hi All,
I would just like to get some feedback on some techniques I use in my development. I'm not entirely happy with these so I am hoping there are better ideas out there that i can learn from.
With my PD objects that require persistance I typically use the following pattern:
* Create a PD class (for example lets say I have a class called FXInstrument)
* I then create a PD interface for it to interact with some sort of persistance mechanism (IFXInstrumentDao). It contains methods such as findAll(), findBy(Id), save(FXInstrument), delete(FXInstrument), update(FXInstrument).
Just came across this article.

I saw that there was an effort to place FDD in the EPF Community like XP,SCRUM, and OpenUP
Was this effort discouraged or prohibited?
I suspect the Eclipse Community has a broad international following that might benefit/expand the FDD community.

I'm a student in computer programming engineering at the Viña del Mar University (Chile). I am currently working on my thesis : "Desarrollo Sistema POS (Point Of Sales), utilizando metodología ágil FDD" (Development of a Point of Sales System, using Feature Driven Development). To understand this subjet I am actualy reading your page in the web of nebulon.
Do I correctly note that neither J. Deluca nor S. Palmer are signatories ?
Some well known names have and have not signed on.
Just curious.

Dear All
It has been a while since I was active in this forum. In the mean time I have been studying hard for my masters degree and the same time as holding down a a full time job. As part of my masters degree thesis I am required to conduct a small survey which contributes to the research aspect of the thesis. I am hoping some of you would not mind taking 10 min to help.
Their literature states -"DevSuite comes with built-in support for traditional
frameworks such as the SEI's CMMI as well as the emerging Agile processes; including XP, Feature Driven Development (FDD) "
Anybody have firsthand experience with DevSuite and FDD ?
